Clearly on a roll today- so I'll keep adding messages. This is the chili recipe we use to make a large batch- eat one meal today and freeze two batches for later. Freezes beautifully and is great to have when you want something quick. It's excellemt served with baking powder biscuits or fry up a couple of tortillas until they're almost crisp- great for scoop and dip.
